About the role

  • Close deals with warm, pre-booked leads in a high-ticket sales environment
  • Build and maintain client relationships by understanding their needs and aligning ELVTR's offerings accordingly
  • Monitor sales metrics and continuously aim to exceed targets
  • Log call data and customer interactions in the CRM system for accurate tracking and reporting
  • Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to ensure a seamless client experience
  • Provide actionable feedback to marketing and production teams based on customer insights
  • Work full-time on a remote contract, with working hours aligned to UK or US time zones
  • Performance rewarded with performance-based bonuses

Requirements

  • Close Sales: Engage with pre-booked warm leads to close high-ticket sales
  • Client Relationship Development: Maintain strong relationships with potential clients by understanding their needs and aligning our offerings accordingly
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor sales metrics and continuously aim to exceed targets
  • CRM Management: Log call data and customer interactions in CRM system
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales and customer service teams
  • Feedback Loop: Provide actionable insights to marketing and production teams based on customer feedback
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Tech-Savvy: Broad understanding of modern online sales-enabling technology
  • High cognitive skills to engage an educated customer base
  • Strong time-management skills in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment
  • Must align working hours with either UK or US working hours
  • Candidates must be located in Egypt (open to candidates located anywhere in Egypt)
