About the role
- Develop, launch and scale Multiverse's AI Adoption platform reporting directly to the Founder & CEO
- Build a new product blending software and services to deliver customer ROI at scale
- Define platform vision, strategy, and roadmap to find product market fit
- End-to-end ownership of product lifecycle from concept to launch and iteration
- Build relationships with customers and partners and implement development partner programmes
- Recruit, develop and scale a cross-functional team of engineers and engagement managers
- Own the product’s P&L including revenue and margin goals
- Expand to new customers and markets and mature the product to deliver scaled customer adoption and business impact
Requirements
- Proven track record launching new products or entering new markets
- Deep experience in developing products with technical teams
- Deep experience in B2B sales to C-Suite decision makers
- Strong understanding of AI/ML landscape and enterprise adoption challenges
- Experience in hiring and scaling product and commercial teams
- Background in workforce transformation or workforce technology (preferred)
- Experience with ISV partnership ecosystems (preferred)
- Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship)
- Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check required upon successful application
