• Help architect a tiered ambassador ecosystem (master artists, working pros, rising stylists, consumer voices) with clear value exchange, goals, and progression paths at each tier

• The Trade Marketing Director owns the strategy and execution of merchandising, promotions, and trade programs that drive sell-through across BELLAMI’s direct and professional channels.
• This role is the connective tissue between brand marketing, sales, and the field team—translating brand initiatives into the tools, displays, incentives, and campaigns that help stylists, accounts, and direct team members succeed.
• Success means our field is fully equipped, our promotions perform, and our merchandising shows up consistently and beautifully wherever BELLAMI professionals work.

Trade Marketing Director

General

• Execute site merchandising strategies across homepage, category pages, landing pages, and promotions.
• Manage product launches, seasonal updates, and promotional periods while supporting campaign set ups and onsite storytelling.
• Maintain product categorization, taxonomy, assortment refreshes and site navigation accuracy.
• Ensure product content (imagery, pricing, attributes, titles, descriptions) is accurate and aligned with brand standards.
• Partner with planning to adjust product placement based on stock levels and availability.
• Optimize onsite searches, no results, sorting logic, and filtering functionality.
• Improve product discoverability through strategic product placement and navigation structure.
• Support SEO best practices for category and product pages including partnering with technical teams to refine search algorithms and ranking rules.

• Field calls, emails, or texts from customers with claims
• Meet established service level requirements in contacting customers and processing claims
• Submit and manage claims to logistics providers, where appropriate, to recover any compensation for damage or loss due to negligence by logistics provider
• File subsequent claims on behalf of BIG to shipping carriers to maximize recovery
• Investigate customer claims to determine if required criteria is met to cover a loss, damage or theft claim
• Communicate clearly with customers any information or required documentation to resolve the claim
