About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive growth in the professional beauty market for premium hair extension products.
  • Develop and manage distribution partnerships, expanding brand presence in salons.

  • Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the beauty, haircare, or CPG industry.
  • Proven success working with or managing beauty distributors and salon-based retail channels.
  • Deep understanding of the professional beauty ecosystem, including stylists, educators, and salons.
  • Strong track record of driving sales growth and cultivating long-term business relationships.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Self-starter with strong initiative, accountability, and the ability to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel 50–60% for in-person meetings, events, and trade shows.
  • Passion for beauty, emerging hair trends, and supporting professionals in the salon industry.
  • Experience in the hair extension category is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and data analysis tools.
