About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop creative concepts and content strategies that support all channels, social, paid media, email, web, retail, and professional/field marketing.
- Translate marketing objectives and briefs into clear creative direction that balances brand expression with performance goals.
- Partner with creative and design teams to bring concepts to life across formats, from short-form video to static and campaign assets.
- Help maintain a consistent brand voice and visual point of view while tailoring creative to the needs of each channel and audience.
- Generate ideas for content that drives engagement, comments, shares, saves, and community growth, across social and owned channels.
- Stay ahead of platform trends, formats, and cultural moments, and recommend ways for BELLAMI to show up authentically.
- Collaborate with social and community teams to ensure creative is timely, relevant, and on-brand.
- Support content planning and the creative calendar across campaigns and always-on programs.
- Use performance data, engagement, conversion, CTR, ROAS—to inform creative decisions and iterate toward what works.
- Partner with growth and media teams to develop performance-oriented creative and testing frameworks (e.g., A/B and variant testing).
- Analyze creative results and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations for future work.
- Help establish creative best practices that improve both engagement and conversion over time.
- Serve as a creative partner to brand, social, growth, e-commerce, and trade/field marketing teams.
- Help manage creative projects from brief through delivery, keeping timelines and stakeholders aligned.
- Ensure creative is adapted and optimized for the requirements of each channel and placement.
- Contribute to a collaborative, idea-rich team culture across the brand.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of experience in creative strategy, content strategy, social, or a related creative/marketing role.
- A strong creative instinct paired with a performance mindset, you care about both the idea and the result.
- Experience developing creative or content across multiple channels, especially social and paid media.
- Comfort working with performance data and using it to guide creative decisions.
- Strong understanding of social platforms, content formats, and what drives engagement.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate creative ideas and rationale clearly.
- Highly collaborative, organized, and able to manage multiple projects at once.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field.
