About the role
- Build and guide a team of experts; act as (co-)leader and mentor junior colleagues
- Deliver impactful client projects focused on organisational transformations
- Conduct complex analyses and define key organisational capabilities
- Design target operating models and develop new organisational structures
- Translate insights into compelling presentations for (senior) management
- Facilitate and lead workshops and ensure strong project execution and stakeholder management
- Collaborate with clients on business strategies, organisational priorities, and transformation plans
- Oversee client engagements from initial scoping to delivery and realise objectives
- Maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and identify new project opportunities
Requirements
- Over four years of experience, ideally in consulting or a similar role
- Strong conceptual and analytical capabilities
- Relevant master’s degree (preferably in economics, business, or a technical field)
- Hands-on experience with strategic organisational topics: scenario modeling, business model innovation, target operating model design, organisational design
- Proven project management skills
- Strong business sense to translate strategy into bottom-line impact
- Experience owning end-to-end project engagements from initiation to delivery
- Fluent in Dutch and English (excellent written and verbal skills)
