Build and guide a team of experts; act as (co-)leader and mentor junior colleagues
Deliver impactful client projects focused on organisational transformations
Conduct complex analyses and define key organisational capabilities
Design target operating models and develop new organisational structures
Translate insights into compelling presentations for (senior) management
Facilitate and lead workshops and ensure strong project execution and stakeholder management
Collaborate with clients on business strategies, organisational priorities, and transformation plans
Oversee client engagements from initial scoping to delivery and realise objectives
Maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and identify new project opportunities
Requirements
Over four years of experience, ideally in consulting or a similar role
Strong conceptual and analytical capabilities
Relevant master’s degree (preferably in economics, business, or a technical field)
Hands-on experience with strategic organisational topics: scenario modeling, business model innovation, target operating model design, organisational design
Proven project management skills
Strong business sense to translate strategy into bottom-line impact
Experience owning end-to-end project engagements from initiation to delivery
Fluent in Dutch and English (excellent written and verbal skills)
