About the role
- About the role: Lead Enterprise Technology & Software Engineering team delivering integration tools for Ampol; lead and mentor a team of software engineers
- Designing and delivering integration solutions end-to-end, including hands-on work and SME contributions
- Providing technical expertise, developing standards and best practices
- Ensuring solutions are reliable, effective, and aligned with Ampol’s needs
- Focus on event-driven solutions and APIs to deliver business value
Requirements
- Extensive software development experience with backend integration work, including operating as a technical lead or functional SME
- Previous experience with Boomi, including design, development and ongoing support of integrations and APIs
- Previous experience with people leadership responsibilities
- Building and leading a high performing technical team
- Excellent communication and influencing skills; ability to build trust and communicate to technical and non-technical employees
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities across a varied programme of work
