About the role
- Manage the monthly accounting and compliance processes for global indirect taxes
- Support the business with ad hoc indirect matters from existing customers, buyers and prospects
- Manage at least one direct report and the work of other tax consultants who provide assistance
- Oversee direct tax in a limited number of companies/branches operating as simple group service companies
- Opportunity to get involved in other group tax projects
- Collaborate across the length and breadth of the business and with two other Regional Managers on monthly close processes and controls
- Report directly to the VP of Tax (based in London)
Requirements
- Strong tax accountant with hands-on experience managing global indirect taxes
- Manage monthly accounting and compliance processes for global indirect taxes
- Support the business with ad hoc indirect matters from existing customers, buyers and prospects
- Experience managing at least one direct report and overseeing tax consultants
- Ability to oversee direct tax for a limited number of companies/branches operating as simple group service companies
- Collaborative mindset to work across the business and with peer Regional Managers on monthly close processes and controls
- Reports to VP of Tax (based in London)
