• Act as a trusted partner to the CRO and CMO

Solutions Engineer

• Become an expert on the Paddle product suite, including the checkout, dashboard, and APIs
• Communicate confidently with C-suite and senior developers to support them in building incredible experiences for their customers
• Write integration plans and sample code for sellers to assist them in implementing their own Paddle integration
• Support and empower Account Executives on customer calls to help win new business
• Work with Customer Success Managers to help our customers onboard and launch smoothly
• Play a role in product development, by communicating issues and feature requests to the Product and Engineering teams
• Contribute to public and internal documentation
• Be a role model within the team for new & junior members to learn from

Risk

• Review supplier applications/accounts to determine if Paddle can support the business
• Investigate escalations from our internal teams
• Investigate alerts generated from our onboarding solution
• Conduct KYC & complex KYB investigations
• Provide insight to help make improvements in our onboarding process
• Provide expertise to the wider business in Onboarding
• Conduct PEPs and sanctions screening reviews in line with regulatory requirements
• Investigate and assess transaction monitoring alerts to identify potential risk or suspicious activity
• Review, validate, and verify bank account details to ensure accuracy and compliance, in line with AML regulations.
• Be confident in making judgement calls (at times based on limited information)
• Communicate in a clear and concise manner

Risk Onboarding Analyst

• Investigate alerts generated by our third-party vendors, alert systems, and transaction monitoring solutions
• Conduct complex risk investigations, and escalate instances of fincrime requiring a SAR
• Monitor chargeback data to identify emerging trends and risks
• Work directly with suppliers to proactively resolve risk related flags
• Liaise with external authorities to provide requests for information
• Collaborate with internal teams regarding customer inquiries or Risk related issues
• Make confident judgement calls based on limited information
• Communicate in a clear and concise manner
• Assist with applying Card Scheme rules and global payment legislation
• Support the Onboarding teams with complex cases
• Continuously evaluate and provide feedback to improve risk processes and workflows.

Risk Monitoring Analyst

Product Marketing

• Assist the Deal Desk Manager with the review, approval, and processing of standard sales contracts, quotes, and order forms.
• Ensure all final deal details are accurately reflected and maintained within the Salesforce CRM and related financial systems.
• Maintain and update internal documentation for standard deal structures, pricing rules, and approval workflows.
• Act as the first point of contact for routine sales team inquiries regarding contract status, standard pricing, and approval routing.
• Support the GTM Operations Manager in validating sales data and key performance indicators used for commission calculations.
• Assist with the monthly and quarterly commission calculation process, including processing inputs and generating output reports for review.
• Generate and distribute standard compensation statements and reports to sales personnel.
• Assist with ad-hoc reporting and analysis related to GTM performance, sales cycle metrics, and pipeline health.
• Support the overall GTM Operations team on minor administrative tasks and data cleanup projects within Salesforce.

GTM Operations Analyst

• Develop crisp, differentiated positioning and messaging that lands our product value with clarity and precision
• Partner with Brand and PMM peers to ensure consistency and impact across all GTM surfaces and touchpoints.
• Shape segment-specific value propositions for key personas across the buyer journey.
• Own messaging architecture that scales across PLG and Sales led motions.
• Lead end-to-end GTM planning for major product and feature launches, driving adoption and commercial outcomes
• Build and launch frameworks, and enablement assets that drive product understanding and adoption.
• Collaborate with Product to influence product roadmap priorities informed by customer, market and competitive insights.
• Partner with Growth and Revenue Marketing to translate value propositions into demand programs.
• Run ongoing market, customer and competitive insight programs to inform GTM strategy and product roadmap.
• Partner with Product, GTM Operations, and Growth to use qualitative signals and quantitative data (usage, funnel, segmentation) to identify opportunities and friction points.
• Use SQL and data tools to pull, analyze, and segment usage, funnel, and retention insights.
• Synthesise qualitative and quantitative insights into actionable recommendations for Product and GTM leadership.
• Equip Sales, BDRs, CS and wider GTM teams with pitch decks, playbooks and talk tracks that increase confidence and conversion
• Deliver training that improves pitch quality and product education across teams.
• Partner closely with the Enablement team to drive consistent reinforcement of positioning and product knowledge across GTM teams.
• Partner with Revenue Marketing, Growth and Brand to inform campaign strategy, targeting, and content themes.
• Create and influence high-impact assets including decks, one-pagers, customer stories, website and landing page copy, and thought leadership.
• Strengthen inbound and outbound motions with persona insights, messaging, and proof points.
• Define success metrics for launches and GTM programs, reporting on performance and delivering recommendations.
• Use data, feedback loops and real world performance to refine messaging, positioning, and activation strategies.
• Maintain a continuous feedback loop with Sales, CS, Product and Marketing to optimise the GTM engine.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives that shape how Paddle shows up in the market, packages value, and tells its story in a high impact manner. Mentor and guide PMMs to raise the craft quality, velocity and strategic depth across the team.
• Develop innovative solutions for complex GTM or product challenges, anticipating risks and proactively creating contingency plans.
• Communicate with clarity to executives, product leaders, and GTM teams, adapting style to drive alignment and influence.
• Contribute to craft excellence by sharing playbooks, frameworks and best practices that help scale and bring awareness of the PMM craft across the wider business.
