• Manage the monthly payroll cycles and work closely with the People Team to capture and submit payroll changes.
• Coordinate global payroll providers and validate all payroll changes to ensure an optimal Paddle employee experience.
• Ensure Payroll payments, related taxes and benefits are accurately included and completed.
• Work closely with Treasury and Banking team to ensure timely and accurate payments.
• Capture payroll through journal entries and reconcile related balance sheet accounts.
• Be first point of contact, providing excellent employee experience for payroll, pension, 401K queries.
• Look for efficiency in process improvement and implement accordingly.
• Manage payroll vendors and oversee payroll processing across 12+ international locations
• Track and submit monthly salary changes, variable compensation, and deductions to local payroll vendors
• Review payroll reports for accuracy and reconcile pay data discrepancies.

• Become an expert on the Paddle product suite, including the checkout, dashboard, and APIs
• Communicate conﬁdently with C-suite and senior developers to support them in building incredible experiences for their customers
• Build integration plans and sample code with sellers to assist them in implementing their own Paddle integration
• Support Account Executives on customer calls to help win new business
• Work with Account Managers to help our customers onboard and launch smoothly
• Act as a product expert, as well as communicating issues and feature requests to the Product and Engineering teams
• Contribute to public and internal documentation
