• Escalate advanced/ complex queries to the appropriate internal channels
• Continuously improve your knowledge of the Paddle products
• Collect feedback, report any issues you come across, improve our processes and actively participate in team meetings

Junior Customer Support Specialist

• Act as a trusted partner to the CRO and CMO
• Own the design and implementation of Paddle’s GTM operating model
• Lead a high-performing Deal Desk function
• Manage the GTM technology stack and data architecture
• Establish the global standard for forecasting and pipeline management disciplines
• Lead GTM enablement strategy and execution
• Own the management and delivery of high-impact GTM initiatives
• Continuously audit and optimise existing ways of work
• Partner closely with Product, Finance, Sales, and Customer teams

Solutions Engineer

• Become an expert on the Paddle product suite, including the checkout, dashboard, and APIs
• Communicate confidently with C-suite and senior developers to support them in building incredible experiences for their customers
• Write integration plans and sample code for sellers to assist them in implementing their own Paddle integration
• Support and empower Account Executives on customer calls to help win new business
• Work with Customer Success Managers to help our customers onboard and launch smoothly
• Play a role in product development, by communicating issues and feature requests to the Product and Engineering teams
• Contribute to public and internal documentation
• Be a role model within the team for new & junior members to learn from
