About the role
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates whose traffic aligns with the brand's target demographic
- Build from scratch a system for tracking and onboarding new partners for the apps
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing affiliates and provide tools/support
- Negotiate and finalize deals with affiliates and partners
- Monitor affiliate performance and analyze data to identify trends and optimization opportunities
- Manage budgets and forecasts for affiliate campaigns
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create affiliate marketing materials and campaigns tailored to dating content
- Ensure affiliate content complies with app store policies, legal standards, and brand ethical guidelines
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor strategies to continuously adapt and innovate the affiliate program
- Handle affiliate inquiries, concerns, and disputes promptly and effectively
Requirements
- Proven experience (3+ years) as an Affiliate Manager or similar role (like User Acquisition)
- Demonstrated ability to manage and grow affiliate programs and achieve/exceed targets
- Experience with affiliate marketing advertising networks and platforms
- Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics; hands-on experience with tools such as Excel
- Excellent communication skills in Russian and English (written and verbal)
