About the role

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates whose traffic aligns with the brand's target demographic
  • Build from scratch a system for tracking and onboarding new partners for the apps
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing affiliates and provide tools/support
  • Negotiate and finalize deals with affiliates and partners
  • Monitor affiliate performance and analyze data to identify trends and optimization opportunities
  • Manage budgets and forecasts for affiliate campaigns
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create affiliate marketing materials and campaigns tailored to dating content
  • Ensure affiliate content complies with app store policies, legal standards, and brand ethical guidelines
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor strategies to continuously adapt and innovate the affiliate program
  • Handle affiliate inquiries, concerns, and disputes promptly and effectively

Requirements

  • Proven experience (3+ years) as an Affiliate Manager or similar role (like User Acquisition)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and grow affiliate programs and achieve/exceed targets
  • Experience with affiliate marketing advertising networks and platforms
  • Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics; hands-on experience with tools such as Excel
  • Excellent communication skills in Russian and English (written and verbal)
