About the role
- Proactively pursue sales prospects within a designated geographical area
- Lead generation, effective pitching, customer profiling
- Maintain exceptional post-sales communication
- Recruit, coach, mentor, and build sales and customer-focused skills among direct sales representatives
- Oversee implementation of sales programs and execute end-to-end sales activities
- Develop local networks to increase sales volumes
- Manage inventory effectively and maintain healthy credit standing
- Adopt structured approach to handling stocks for an assigned depot or location
- Report to the Regional Manager
Requirements
- At least three years of sales experience
- Proven leadership track record
- High integrity levels
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to motivate and lead a team
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Handle urgent calls effectively
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
