Analyst

• Provide high-quality administrative and analytical support to the BDC Financing team in managing the Know Your Client (KYC) section of loan applications
• Review customer files to gain an overall understanding of the loan
• Obtain all necessary KYC documents and information from customers
• Ensure the completeness of KYC forms
• Analyze the provided KYC information
• Raise any flags to the Business Development Lead (BDL)
• Follow up with clients
• Collaborate closely with the BDL and the Underwriter
• Lead the KYC process from end to end in collaboration with the Business Development Lead and other internal partners
• Ensure timely and effective collection of all necessary documentation
• Analyze and identify any non-compliant issues
• Apply a client-centric approach to provide excellent service to entrepreneurs and build trusting relationships
• Respond promptly, accurately, and professionally to existing and potential customers
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and practices
• Keep abreast of changes made to policies, procedures and detailed processes and trends related to KYC issues that may have an impact BDC
