About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the financing teams in the Ontario region with a variety of tasks
  • Perform administrative duties such as collecting financial statements, preparing documents, and assisting with client requests
  • Assist account managers with loan origination activities
  • Support prospecting efforts and business development initiatives
  • Contribute to marketing activities by helping organize events, campaigns, and communications, and providing on-site logistical support

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage priorities
  • Excellent written and oral communication
  • Collaborative spirit and strong interpersonal skills
  • Autonomy, initiative and attention to details
  • Basic knowledge of financial products and concepts (interest rates, mortgages, loans, financial statements)
  • Completed at least 2 years of post-secondary studies in a relevant field and be enrolled full-time in a program for the fall 2026 semester
