About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the financing teams in the Ontario region with a variety of tasks
- Perform administrative duties such as collecting financial statements, preparing documents, and assisting with client requests
- Assist account managers with loan origination activities
- Support prospecting efforts and business development initiatives
- Contribute to marketing activities by helping organize events, campaigns, and communications, and providing on-site logistical support
Requirements
What you’ll need- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage priorities
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Collaborative spirit and strong interpersonal skills
- Autonomy, initiative and attention to details
- Basic knowledge of financial products and concepts (interest rates, mortgages, loans, financial statements)
- Completed at least 2 years of post-secondary studies in a relevant field and be enrolled full-time in a program for the fall 2026 semester
