Financial Planning and Analysis

• Leading a team of four (two Senior Management Accountants and two Management Accountants) — supporting their development, performance, and day-to-day work
• Owning the period end timetable, ensuring management accounting processes run smoothly and deadlines are met
• Reviewing and challenging journals across DE GAAP and FRS102, including fixed/variable rent, revenue, operating costs, accruals, prepayments, and provisions
• Partnering with the Commercial Finance and FP&A teams to review period end results, investigate queries, and manage final adjustments
• Ensuring balance sheet reconciliations are completed, understood, and reviewed each period, with queries resolved on a monthly basis

Finance Manager

• Owning the monthly forecast, annual budget and long-range planning process for BMO UK, becoming the go-to person for leadership on all things FP&A.
• Presenting monthly forecasts to MDs and the FD, and leading variance analysis and KPI packs for the wider team and ComCo Board.
• Taking responsibility for cashflow forecasting, including risk and opportunity management and early warning indicators that keep the business ahead of the curve.

Senior Finance Analyst

Controller

• Managing a portfolio of high-value accounts, building strong customer relationships while ensuring invoices are paid on time
• Issuing invoices and statements accurately and in line with agreed billing schedules, and ensuring purchase orders are obtained and maintained
• Investigating and resolving invoice disputes in collaboration with internal teams, and processing credit notes where required
• Taking responsibility for accurate and timely cash allocation and keeping customer account information up to date across finance, billing, and CRM systems

• Processing and managing bookings — Using Salesforce CRM to log completed sales and amend live campaigns as needed, keeping everything accurate and up to date.
• Tracking weekly sales revenue — Collating and reporting on financial performance so the team always has a clear picture of where things stand.
• Managing campaign quality — Identifying and coordinating the removal or replacement of any faulty sites within live client campaigns, keeping everything running as it should.
• Checking campaigns and preparing site lists — Verifying that what’s been booked matches what’s been delivered, and collating upsite lists to share with clients.
