About the role

  • Manage full recruitment lifecycles from job posting through to offer and day 1 onboarding, ensuring smooth, efficient processes
  • Use your direct sourcing skills across LinkedIn, talent pools, job boards, social media, and creative channels to find exceptional candidates
  • Build proactive pipelines of passive talent for hard-to-fill and high-demand roles
  • Partner closely with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and external agencies as a trusted talent advisor
  • Provide market intelligence, compensation benchmarking, and talent landscape analysis to inform hiring decisions
  • Champion diversity and inclusion through inclusive sourcing strategies and fair, unbiased candidate evaluation
  • Track key recruiting metrics to identify bottlenecks, optimize processes, and report on hiring effectiveness
  • Represent Bauer at recruiting events, career fairs, and workshops supporting our DEI and Social Value initiatives
  • Travel to BMG offices/depot and events as required

Requirements

  • Proven in-house recruitment experience managing full-cycle recruitment for multiple roles simultaneously
  • Strong direct sourcing skills with demonstrated success finding both passive and active candidates
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities—you build trust easily and influence at all levels
  • Experience with ATS systems and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail with the ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Passion for delivering exceptional candidate experiences at every touchpoint
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with eagerness to learn and grow
  • Desirable:
  • Additional language skills beyond English
  • Knowledge of employment law and hiring compliance
  • Experience recruiting across multiple markets or international locations
