About the role
- Processing and managing bookings — Using Salesforce CRM to log completed sales and amend live campaigns as needed, keeping everything accurate and up to date.
- Tracking weekly sales revenue — Collating and reporting on financial performance so the team always has a clear picture of where things stand.
- Managing campaign quality — Identifying and coordinating the removal or replacement of any faulty sites within live client campaigns, keeping everything running as it should.
- Checking campaigns and preparing site lists — Verifying that what’s been booked matches what’s been delivered, and collating upsite lists to share with clients.
- Reviewing invoices and resolving queries — Analysing financial reports to make sure clients are billed accurately, and handling any queries that come in.
Requirements
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable working with data and taking an analytical approach
- Clear and confident communicator
- Client-focused attitude with good relationship-building skills
- Flexible, accurate and efficient in a fast-moving environment
- A team player who is eager to learn and develop
- Experience with CRM systems (especially Salesforce) is a bonus, but not essential — we’ll give you the training you need to hit the ground running.
