Sourcing Manager

Product Manager

• In your new role, you will lead the global team for the Strategic Business Unit Light Stabilizers and be responsible for global pricing management by assessing supply and demand, defining pricing guidelines and global limits, and ensuring positive margins, high asset utilization, and profitable volume and value growth in line with budget and long‑term strategy, with full global P&L responsibility.
• You will optimize global supply and production costs by managing asset utilization and inventories, allocating volumes in cases of shortage or force majeure, and further developing global make‑or‑buy, co‑manufacturing, tolling, product and production strategies.

• Responsible for actively monitoring raw material costs, deriving cost-saving measures in close collaboration with Controlling, and evaluating strategic sourcing and pre-buying decisions.
• Drive the introduction of new raw material sources at the sites and act as the primary contact for Procurement regarding all site-relevant raw materials.
