Account Representative – Automotive Refinish
BASFAccount Representative focused on sales growth for BASF's Automotive Refinish team in Southern Wisconsin. Managing customer relationships and driving market share in the collision industry.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Executing the business strategy and driving sales growth in the local markets through identifying customers and market needs within your assigned market responsibility
- Increasing sales growth by developing market potential through forecasting, lead generation, qualification, closing sales and recommending new products and services (70% of the role will be focused on adding new business)
- Managing existing relationships and developing new ones
- Establishing trust and value in our ever-changing industry
- Retaining business and driving sales growth
Requirements
What you’ll need- Have a Bachelor’s Degree (preferred); HS Diploma/GED acceptable with relevant work experience
- Are experienced in field sales, territory management, and customer relations
- Have experience in the collision industry (preferred), strong interpersonal skills, robust relationship-building and value-based selling skills
- Are a solid professional who will value our current customer base while also being aggressive to win new BASF business
