Develop and execute audience-first, insight-driven paid media strategies aligned with brand priorities that maximize relevance and ROI
Lead development and execution of comprehensive digital and traditional paid advertising strategies aligned with business goals and target demographics
Oversee paid advertising, SEO/SEM, traditional channels, programmatic advertising, CTV, display and retargeting, paid social media, and other digital channels
Implement test-and-learn programs; champion innovation in media tactics, formats, and creative
Deliver leads to website and call centers; optimize user experience and conversion funnels
Implement tracking and analytics; monitor and optimize campaigns based on KPIs (ROAS, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, calls)
Provide regular, data-driven reports to stakeholders and manage budgeting and forecasting monthly
Manage direct report(s); mentor, set objectives, and foster collaborative environment
Partner with Creative, CRM, and Analytics teams; own agency and vendor relationships; negotiate contracts and scopes
Report to Chief Marketing Officer
Requirements
6+ years managing paid media across linear and digital channels, from strategy to activation
Proven success in omnichannel media planning and performance optimization
Deep understanding of media technologies (including proficiency in ad platforms), systems, and the external media landscape
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Strong analytical, project management and communication skills
Self-motivated and deadline driven, with a strong sense of ownership over work
Excited to learn, experiment and grow in a fast-paced, lean company environment
