Building and maintaining advanced reports and analyses to support decision-making;
Managing and optimizing sales forecasts and performance metrics;
Integrating and continuously improving the tools used by the Marketing, Sales, and CS teams;
Identifying opportunities for operational efficiency and process automation;
Directly supporting leadership in defining and monitoring revenue indicators;
Acting autonomously on strategic Revenue Operations projects to ensure continuity of critical deliveries;
Being part of the Revenue team focused on building a solid foundation for Go-To-Market (GTM) areas.
Requirements
CRM (HubSpot): Advanced experience in administration, process automation, dashboard creation, and data quality maintenance;
Data Analysis & BI: Ability to structure complex reports, handle large volumes of data, and generate actionable insights. Experience with tools like advanced Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, and/or Power BI/Looker is a plus;
Forecast & Pipeline Modeling: Solid knowledge of revenue projections, conversion metrics (SQL, SAL, Negotiation, Win), and building forecast scenarios;
Revenue Tools Integrations: Experience with integrations between CRM, marketing automation, CS platforms, and financial systems to ensure frictionless data flow;
Process Automation: Experience in designing and implementing automations that reduce rework and increase efficiency for revenue teams;
B2B SaaS Sales Methodologies: Practical understanding of frameworks like Winning by Design, ABM, and enterprise funnels;
Data & Process Governance: Ability to structure documentation, CRM usage policies, and performance measurement processes;
