Analyze full-funnel performance: Acquisition (Marketing), Sales, and Retention (Customer Experience/CX).
Critically analyze the area's routines, processes and projects, ensuring data-driven analysis with a focus on people, efficiency, and results.
Perform business analyses and process mapping according to area needs, using process evaluation methodologies to identify bottlenecks, produce actionable recommendations, and redesign processes when necessary.
Analyze, review, and develop KPIs to monitor results and activities, recommending the most suitable indicators for the area's/business's needs.
Contribute to implementing improvements in the systems of supported areas by providing insights and/or leading projects.
Participate in and contribute to meetings for the supported area, preparing presentations, analyzing data, and producing reports.
Manage cross-functional projects, identifying prioritization needs and interdependencies between areas, assisting in conflict resolution, and ensuring project documentation and communication.
Track strategic projects, evaluating interdependencies and synergies among initiatives.
Draft process documentation such as standard operating procedures and policies in partnership with the Enablement subarea.
Promote and instill a culture of problem-solving and methodologies focused on efficiency and value creation.
Ensure matrix communication: understanding, engagement, and alignment among stakeholders, following the RACI matrix.
Requirements
Strong experience in Business Analytics, with a focus on SaaS or digital companies;
Deep knowledge of funnel metrics (MQL, SQL, conversion rate, sales cycle, churn, LTV, etc.);
Strong ability to engage strategic stakeholders, translating business needs into actionable analyses;
Ability to lead cross-functional analytical projects, collaborating with teams such as Marketing, Sales, Product, and CX;
Ability to create presentations with clear storytelling focused on decision-making;
Experience with Salesforce;
Intermediate Excel/Google Sheets skills.
