Support the revenue process through analysis and reporting of forecasts, actual results, trends and plans;
Review and analyze operational and renewal data;
Provide variance analyses and insightful recommendations to enable effective decision-making;
Participate in regional process improvement initiatives;
Demonstrate thought leadership around Sales, Marketing and CS data processes and operations;
Act as a liaison among multiple internal stakeholders and partners across the organization — we are a global company, after all.
Requirements
Experience with Sales/Customer Success
Extensive use of HubSpot
Knowledge of analytics tools and technologies
Proficiency in English — you will use it daily!
Experience in agile environments.
