About the role
- Style homes for photoshoots, ensuring furniture arrangement and decorative accents enhance visual storytelling
- Source and arrange home decor, florals, greenery, table settings, and food displays
- Collaborate with photographers, field operations, and the creative team to align shoots with brand aesthetic
- Troubleshoot on-site styling challenges and make real-time adjustments to optimize shots
- Prepare homes the day before or the morning of shoots, support photographer during shoots, and wrap up/clean up after shoots
Requirements
- Proven experience in styling and interior design
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for visual aesthetics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment while effectively managing multiple projects autonomously when needed
- Ability to work within tight deadlines and in often ambiguous environments
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to travel to and from properties and storage facilities
