About the role
- Research, vet, and finalize contracts for venues, handling catering, communication with vendors
- Coordinate event setup, breakdown, and on-site logistics to ensure smooth execution; work with AEs to create setup and breakdown checklists
- Track and manage swag inventory, signage, and other event materials
- Oversee vendor communication and confirm delivery schedules for supplies, equipment, and services
- Assist with registration, attendee check-in, guest support during events, and post-event packing and reporting
