About the role
- Review and approve marketing materials against established guidelines and brand standards
- Enter review results into database and communicate outcomes to marketers
- Master complex guidelines and apply them to various scenarios
- Conduct primary review of post-campaign activities to verify execution per program guidelines
- Determine eligible campaign expenses as specified in program guidelines
- Participate in team collaboration, idea-sharing and brainstorming
- Provide ongoing feedback internally and proactively to customers
- Perform website functionality checks to ensure product is working as expected
- May perform quality control checks and administrative duties to support client operations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, communication, journalism, marketing or related field
- 2-3 years marketing or advertising experience or in a related field
- Some remote-work experience preferred and demonstrated ability to work independently
- Established technical competence including experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Sound attention to detail in both visual and written contexts
- Excellent time management
- Ability to organize work, multitask and meet deadlines
- Exceptional ability to work within a team environment
- Willingness to learn and try new things without a fear of failure
- Fluent in English with solid verbal and written communication skills
- A natural curiosity and eager desire to learn
