- Monitor engagement and recommend strategies to optimize usage.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Implement initiatives to enhance retention and satisfaction.
- Quickly resolve merchant inquiries and issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and solve problems.
- Escalate critical issues for swift resolution.
- Maintain deep knowledge of industry trends and competitor products.
- Understand merchant challenges and needs in the evolving market.
- Collaborate across teams to enhance the customer experience.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in sales, customer success, or account management in payments within the SaaS industry.
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas and driving customer retention.
- Strong understanding of payments within the SaaS industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and customer engagement platforms.
- Preferred: Experience working with SMBs or merchants in retail, hospitality, or eCommerce sectors.
- Preferred: Knowledge of payment processing technologies and SaaS trends.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
