As the Lead CRM Consultant at Massive Rocket, you will be responsible for leading the execution CRM initiatives and campaigns across various channels. Your role is critical in ensuring seamless execution, optimizing performance, and driving exceptional client satisfaction. By providing guidance, fostering collaboration, and leveraging your expertise in CRM platforms, you will lead and deliver impactful results and elevate the success of our clients' campaigns.
Responsibilities
i) Execution of CRM Initiatives:
Lead the execution of CRM initiatives within the Braze platform across various channels.
Configure and customize the Braze platform to implement agreed-upon strategies and campaigns.
Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns using Braze's messaging capabilities.
Utilize Braze's segmentation and personalization features to tailor campaigns to specific audience segments.
Collaborate with the strategy team or other relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment between strategy and execution.
Partner with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions that deliver lasting results. g) Master Braze and its features to deliver innovative solutions that elevate our clients' success.
ii) Data Management and Analysis:
Manage and analyze large datasets to understand customer behavior and trends.
Utilize insights from data analysis to inform decision-making and optimize campaign performance.
iii) Reporting and Documentation:
Create relevant documents and reports, including measuring and reporting on the performance metrics of executed campaigns.
Requirements
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in a Marketing Automation Specialist in the CRM space
Strong skills in working with Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or HubSpot
Attention to detail, including QA of CRM Campaigns, Integrations & relevant documentation, ensuring accuracy and alignment with best practices
Strong knowledge of digital marketing
Understanding of relational databases and data structures
Proactive mindset and ability to work in cross-functional teams
Strong interpersonal and communication skills gained through experience in a client service environment (e.g., agency, client-facing role..etc)
Experience working an agency setting or client facing roles
