About the role

  • Partner closely with the EVP of Corporate Affairs and Chief Legal Officer (CLO) to enable strategic initiatives and organization-wide operations
  • Plan and facilitate executive leadership staff meetings with the Executive Assistant to the CLO, including agenda building, guiding discussion, capturing notes and action items, and following up
  • Manage the organization’s strategic intent and strategic initiatives process and roadmap: lead discussions, track initiatives, verify execution, and update dashboards
  • Manage a small team (one or two) responsible for communications, gathering strategies and creating content for the Leader and leadership team, including presentations and slide decks
  • Lead special projects and programs that span LGAPP and require cross-company collaboration
  • Distill and synthesize strategic discussions into executable plans and enable connections between strategic ideas
  • Establish status reporting on health and performance of key initiatives and drive them to completion
  • Act as a trusted advisor and proxy to the CLO: attend meetings, provide direction, and address inquiries or issues on behalf of the CLO
  • Champion employee engagement for the team

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in a tech business environment
  • 10-15 years of experience in program management, management consulting, business operations, strategic planning or a similar function
  • Outstanding facilitation skills
  • Strong business acumen, critical thinking, problem solving, and organizational skills
  • Excellent relationship building, influencing, and communication skills
  • Proven record of seamless execution of complex projects
  • Resourceful, flexible, and adaptable
  • Ability to steer staff and constituents towards decisions
  • Proven track record of ensuring accountability and results
  • Bachelor's degree or higher; JD not required but experience in policy, legal or related corporate functions is a plus.
  • Direct or indirect People Management experience
  • Excellent analytical, quantitative reasoning and strategic skills
  • Skilled at building effective relationships at multiple levels within a dynamic environment
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly build trust and credibility
  • Excellent and persuasive communicator with exceptional written, oral, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • "PowerPoint ninja" proficiency
  • Ability to foster collaboration and partnership across the organization
  • Impeccable judgment and discretion
