About the role Schedule and confirm candidate interviews with speed, accuracy, and a white-glove experience Communicate with candidates across multiple stages of the hiring process, answering questions and providing updates Maintain accurate candidate information in our ATS (ADP) and Recruiting Dashboard (Monday.com) Proactively source candidates for high-priority roles using job boards, social media, and internal databases Conduct phone screens for entry-level roles using structured interview guides Present qualified candidates to the Senior Recruiter for feedback and advancement Post jobs to internal and external platforms, ensuring visibility and compliance Extend verbal offers and draft and send offer letters Help maintain recruiting reports, metrics, and dashboards Uphold a high standard of candidate care throughout the hiring process Support recruitment marketing campaigns and DEI-focused outreach efforts Champion inclusive communication and represent Author Health’s values in all candidate interactions Initiate background checks and reference checks and verify their completion Send tech assessments to candidates and record their scores in Greenhouse Send onboarding initiation and end of week recap emails to Supervisors and People Team, including credentialing information for clinicians Send offer questionnaires to new hires after the signed offer letter is received Requirements 1-2 years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR coordination experience; healthcare or behavioral health a plus Experience scheduling interviews, managing calendars, and communicating with candidates Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Tech-savvy and comfortable using ATS platforms (ADP preferred), Google Suite, Monday.com, and Slack Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a collaborative mindset Passion for mental health and serving vulnerable populations Ability to work effectively in a remote and fast-paced environment Ability to travel up to 10% Retirement savings plan (401k) Plan up to 3.5% company match Low cost benefits package for employee and dependents ( medical/ dental/ vision/ STD/ Life Insurance) Paid vacation Paid sick leave 9 paid holidays throughout the year with (2) additional flex holidays .. 11 in total!
