Lead Model Developer, Chronos

• Report into the Group Financial Director and own the Tax Manager role for Aurora Energy Research
• Review and evaluate the Group’s international tax strategy and provide tax advice to Executive Leadership and Management Teams
• Own overall international tax compliance across all areas of tax, including corporation tax, direct taxes and employment taxes in all jurisdictions
• Responsible for corporation tax compliance, QIPs calculation, year end tax computations, audit queries and timely submission of corporation tax returns
• Own and maintain the Group’s transfer pricing policy and ensure suitability during international growth
• Support entry into new markets by evaluating tax implications, advising on corporate structures, direct and indirect tax compliance and contracting entities

• Preparation of monthly and year-end close processes and involvement in the preparation of Financial Statements for multiple entities
• Ensure compliance with local tax filings and manage communication between Aurora and our external local accountants
