Play an active role in all aspects of client engagement: helping identify issues, forming hypotheses, conducting analysis, and synthesizing conclusions into recommendations.

Position suits either a recent STEM graduate of a bachelor’s or master’s program or a professional with up to three years of experience in the energy sector, management consulting, financial services or a similar field.
Requirements
Required attributes:
First-class or high second-class degree in a quantitative subject (Mathematics, Economics, Physics, Engineering, Finance), coupled with a keen interest in energy markets and policy developments
1-2 years of work experience in the energy sector or another professional field
An ability to collect, analyse and interpret complex quantitative data and information
Evidence of strong performance in team-oriented environments
An ability to communicate and collaborate with both technical and non-technical parties
Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Desirable attributes:
Fluency in a second language beneficial but not essential
Skills in data analytics and related software (e.g. Python, Excel, SQL, Power BI)
Existing knowledge or experience in the power sector or a related field
