Deliver high calibre hires to the India business and act as a trusted recruitment advisor to stakeholders
Own and drive the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing (direct & indirect), attracting, assessing candidates, and offer management
Create compelling and inclusive job descriptions with hiring managers
Identify suitable recruitment channels for vacancies up to senior management level
Use direct sourcing tools and techniques; conduct initial conversations to assess candidate fit and answer questions
Schedule and oversee interviews and manage candidate experience with timely updates and constructive feedback
Deliver regular status reports on recruitment progress and support ad hoc talent attraction projects
Work with the wider Talent Acquisition team to implement frameworks, share best practices and support the Talent Acquisition Manager and Global Expansion team
Requirements
In-house corporate recruitment experience in a fast-paced, complex organisation
Extensive talent sourcing and screening experience in a complex matrix organization
Fluency in English to a C1 level
Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
Knowledge of talent mapping and candidate outreach
Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
Natural curiosity to be a subject matter expert
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (required)
Experience with LinkedIn and Naukri sourcing and data-driven recruitment mindset (desirable)
International mindset with local recruitment cultural knowledge (desirable)
Ability to deliver a clear pitch to prospective candidates (desirable)
