About the role

  • Shape creative and user experience across marketing funnel: landing pages, signup flows, checkout;Craft visually compelling, psychologically informed designs that build trust, reduce friction, and drive conversions;Work closely with marketing, product, and engineering to continuously test, learn, and optimize for performance;Drive creative work end-to-end: research, idea generation, concept exploration, design, and finalization;Deliver landing pages, signup flows, and checkout experiences optimized for clarity, trust, and conversion;Maintain consistent, recognizable brand identity across touchpoints while optimizing for results

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years in growth, marketing, or product design for B2C products;Proven track record in conversion rate optimization (CRO), landing page design, and funnel performance;Strong grasp of customer psychology, persuasion, and cognitive biases in design;Bachelor’s degree in Design, Advertising, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required);Fluent in Figma, Adobe CC, and prototyping tools;Skilled in A/B testing, data-driven design;Experience working in-house and collaborating closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams
