About the role
- Lead the design and user experience of websites, landing pages, and other digital properties using established brand guidelines
- Create high-fidelity UI mockups, wireframes, and prototypes that translate strategic goals into engaging user experiences.
- Design with a mindset for testing and personalization, ensuring flexibility and adaptability in layouts and components
- Create images and other graphical elements needed for a quality experience on Proofpoint’s corporate website.
- Collaborate with web developers, campaign managers, designers, and other marketing teams to bring concepts to life.
- Develop and maintain a consistent design system and UX/UI guidelines across digital channels.
- Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX and web design.
Requirements
- 5–7+ years of professional experience in UI/UX and graphic design, with a strong focus on digital/web platforms.
- Experience working with established brand guidelines and systems parameters with a background in branding or marketing design.
- Proven portfolio demonstrating successful design work for websites, apps, or digital products.
- Expertise in tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, or similar.
- Experience designing for scalable personalization and testing
- Experience collaborating with developers and knowledge of HTML/CSS best practices
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with an ability to translate complex ideas into simple, intuitive user experiences
- Ability to summarize intake meetings and clearly articulate designs
- Experience with AI tools as it relates design
- Familiarity working in Agile or cross-functional product development teams
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG, ADA compliance).
