About the role

  • Design Key Art for use in Campaign Collateral across In-Store Displays, PR Mailers, Event Signage, Ads, Billboards and Print Media – current and emerging
  • Concept beautiful and highly creative Experiential Designs in 2D and 3D formats
  • Design Print and Digital assets, version layouts and run quality control checks of all assets prepared for hand-off, ensuring that assets are compatible with visual style/branding guidelines
  • Adhere to the demands of a robust production and marketing schedule and be aware of release schedules, delivering work consistently on time or ahead of due dates.
  • Track project timelines and prioritize project workload and projects using platforms such as Monday.com, Dropbox, etc.
  • Work closely with Creative, Marketing, and Product Development teams to build Design strategies that support product initiatives to accelerate brand growth.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure that all graphics/visual elements support a focused point of view
  • Strategize, manage, and evolve our design guidelines and packaging systems.
  • Prepare and package files for print, social and web, working closely with external teams and vendors (i.e., proofing, color-matching, approving for print and exporting to different aspect ratios)
  • Maintain and develop excellent communication with production vendors, printers and other external resources ensuring the best services are achieved
  • Organize and maintain project archives
  • Ensure that all creative produced meets all brief requirements, this includes but is not limited to correct dimensions, resolution, format, and die-lines

Requirements

  • At least 3-4 years of package and print design experience, preferably within beauty
  • AA/BFA/BS Graphic Design degree, Multimedia or related field
  • Keeps up with current and upcoming trends within the industry, pushing out of the box creative thinking
  • Comfortable working both autonomously and collaboratively, with multiple rounds of revisions
  • A proactive leader and someone the team can rely on and the Creative and Art Director can depend on to step in whenever needed
  • Expert working knowledge of die-lines, renderings, mocks, print production, etc.
  • Extremely organized with an excessive attention to detail, an outstanding communicator, and a solution oriented problem­ solver by nature
  • Naturally inclined towards design optimized for marketing performance. You consistently research, identify, and share current industry design trends as they relate to the brand category
  • Expert in: Adobe CC, Conceptual Design, Experiential, Type Design, Project Management, Presentation Skills
