Complete detailed handover forms, including onboarding details, use cases, people involved, and opportunities for future growth.
Collaborate with Marketing and account management team to initiate and drive Business Development campaigns, generate leads, and grow existing relationships with industry leaders from the public and private energy sectors.
Represent Aurora with a comprehensive understanding of our offerings.
Pitch our offerings and make proposals to existing and prospective customers.
Negotiate and contract multi-service offerings.
Log and track campaigns, account plans, and opportunities on Salesforce CRM.

Requirements
No prior experience required.
Strong commercial mindset, with creativity and intuition to identify opportunities that drive impact and commercial success.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and navigate complex negotiations effectively.
Excellent organisational skills, with a high level of persistence and attention to detail.
A proactive, can-do attitude, with a willingness to contribute wherever needed, including improving internal systems and processes.
Motivated by achieving commercial targets both individually and as part of a team.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with strong interpersonal skills.
Proven record of strong performance in collaborative, team-oriented environments.
Passion and curiosity about the energy transition and its impact on the industry.
Fluency in English and Portuguese.
Desirable: Sales, business development and client relationship experience.
Desirable: Experience with Salesforce or other CRM system.
Desirable: Previous professional or educational exposure to energy economics, power markets or the power networks is an advantage.
Desirable: Spanish language skills would be beneficial.
