About the role

  • Serve as first point of contact with nursing homes and long-term care facilities for Health Reach Partners.
  • Build relationships, introduce Health Reach Partners’ services, and book qualified appointments with decision-makers.
  • Conduct outbound calls to nursing homes and long-term care facilities to introduce services.
  • Build rapport and establish trust with administrators, directors, and care coordinators.
  • Communicate fluently in English and Spanish, adapting to the contact’s preferred language.
  • Secure and schedule qualified appointments for Health Reach Partners’ leadership team.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of outreach activity and contacts in a CRM system.
  • Send professional follow-up emails and appointment confirmations.
  • Track daily outreach activity and provide regular reports on progress and results.
  • Stay informed on healthcare industry trends and feedback from prospects to improve outreach strategies.

Requirements

  • Bilingual fluency (English & Spanish) with a neutral/minimal accent.
  • Proven experience in outbound calling, appointment setting, sales support, or healthcare outreach.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple leads, follow-ups, and schedules.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, email, and scheduling platforms.
  • Previous experience working with healthcare providers or nursing homes preferred but not required.
  • Confident communicator with a professional phone presence.
  • Relationship-driven and comfortable making a high volume of calls daily.
  • Persistent, resilient, and able to overcome objections while maintaining professionalism.
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive in outreach efforts.
