About the role
- Serve as first point of contact with nursing homes and long-term care facilities for Health Reach Partners.
- Build relationships, introduce Health Reach Partners’ services, and book qualified appointments with decision-makers.
- Conduct outbound calls to nursing homes and long-term care facilities to introduce services.
- Build rapport and establish trust with administrators, directors, and care coordinators.
- Communicate fluently in English and Spanish, adapting to the contact’s preferred language.
- Secure and schedule qualified appointments for Health Reach Partners’ leadership team.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of outreach activity and contacts in a CRM system.
- Send professional follow-up emails and appointment confirmations.
- Track daily outreach activity and provide regular reports on progress and results.
- Stay informed on healthcare industry trends and feedback from prospects to improve outreach strategies.
Requirements
- Bilingual fluency (English & Spanish) with a neutral/minimal accent.
- Proven experience in outbound calling, appointment setting, sales support, or healthcare outreach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple leads, follow-ups, and schedules.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, email, and scheduling platforms.
- Previous experience working with healthcare providers or nursing homes preferred but not required.
- Confident communicator with a professional phone presence.
- Relationship-driven and comfortable making a high volume of calls daily.
- Persistent, resilient, and able to overcome objections while maintaining professionalism.
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive in outreach efforts.
