About the role
- Own IT equipment procurement and lifecycle management (laptops, monitors, phones, etc.)
- Oversee technical onboarding and offboarding of employees, ensuring seamless access and deprovisioning
- Manage endpoint devices (computers, mobile devices) to maintain SOC2 compliance; implement and maintain MDM/endpoint security tools
- Provide IT Helpdesk support, resolving day-to-day technical issues for staff
- Partner with Security/Engineering to enforce access controls, security policies, and IT best practices
- Lead key IT infrastructure projects, beginning with a company-wide SSO migration
- Maintain and optimize IT vendors, SaaS subscriptions, and support contracts
- Build documentation and processes to enable IT to scale with the business
Requirements
- 4–7 years of IT experience in a tech company environment
- Proven experience managing endpoint devices for SOC2 compliance (e.g., MDM tools such as Kandji, Jamf, Intune, or similar)
- Hands-on experience with SSO/identity providers (Google SSO, Okta, OneLogin, Azure AD, or similar)
- Strong troubleshooting skills across Mac/Windows operating systems, networking, and SaaS applications
- Excellent communication skills with a “white-glove” approach to IT support
- Highly organized, with experience building scalable IT processes and documentation
