IT Support

• Own IT equipment procurement and lifecycle management (laptops, monitors, phones, etc.)
• Oversee technical onboarding and offboarding of employees, ensuring seamless access and deprovisioning
• Manage endpoint devices (computers, mobile devices) to maintain SOC2 compliance; implement and maintain MDM/endpoint security tools
• Provide IT Helpdesk support, resolving day-to-day technical issues for staff
• Partner with Security/Engineering to enforce access controls, security policies, and IT best practices
• Lead key IT infrastructure projects, beginning with a company-wide SSO migration
• Maintain and optimize IT vendors, SaaS subscriptions, and support contracts
• Build documentation and processes to enable IT to scale with the business
