About the role

  • Support onboarding/offboarding and day-to-day IT needs across EE and UK
  • Contribute to IT documentation, automation, and process improvements
  • Manage and secure endpoints using Jamf, Intune, or similar MDM tools
  • Administer Okta and SSO/SCIM
  • Help ensure compliance with SOC 2, ISO 27001, and related frameworks
  • Assist with vendor evaluations, renewals, and tool integrations
  • Collaborate with HR, Legal, DevSecOps, and other cross-functional teams
  • Explore and apply AI tools for automation, troubleshooting, documentation, and process improvements
  • Support employees across multiple regions and maintain endpoint, identity management, and compliance posture

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or systems roles
  • Proven ability to learn quickly and operate independently
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills
  • Experience with Okta and SSO/SCIM
  • Familiarity with endpoint protection and device management (e.g. Jamf, Intune, Kandji)
  • Interest in security, compliance, and scalable IT processes
  • Bonus: Exposure to frameworks like SOC 2, ISO 27001
  • Bonus: Experience with tools like Jira Service Management or Vanta
  • Bonus: Familiarity with scripting, automation, or SaaS integrations
  • Bonus: Experience with incident response plans and EDR/SIEM
