Support client initiatives through research, content development, and presentation design.
Assist in communication logistics for clientele and coordinate with key stakeholders.
Create and manage social media content and internal engagement to promote Athena’s brand, including event coverage.
Conduct research, build Excel reports, and create slide decks to support cross-functional marketing efforts.
Provide general project support across marketing, branding, and event initiatives.
Collaborate with teams across Creative, Marketing, Events, Operations, and Data Analytics.
Participate in a Capstone Project to research and pitch a new client opportunity to senior leadership and the CEO.
Receive mentorship via weekly managerial check-ins and executive support; engage in hands-on training and professional development.
Requirements
In-person availability at Athena’s Philadelphia headquarters, 20–30 hours per week during the summer (program begins June 2026) for the nine-week program.
Creative thinker: Not afraid to think outside the box; driven by curiosity and proposing ideas/solutions.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; collaborative and comfortable asking for help.
Tech savvy: In tune with design trends and able to learn new computer programs quickly.
Strong organization, attention to detail, calendar/time management skills.

Prior experience working directly with clients or supporting brand activations (preferred).

Familiarity with business analytics and KPI reporting (preferred).
