Work closely with seasoned event planners to support coordination, execution, and enhancement of client-facing and internal events, corporate events, and activations.
Assist in planning and coordinating logistics for client and internal events.
Support the team in vendor research, outreach, and communications.
Help develop and document event materials such as agendas, signage, and attendee communications.
Participate in on-site event execution, post-event reporting, and internal meetings.
Contribute to brainstorming sessions for experiential marketing ideas and audience engagement strategies.
Conduct research to inform and support project strategy development.
Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, marketing, operations, and data analytics teams and experience full event life cycles.
Take ownership of key event elements and contribute to high-visibility initiatives across diverse sectors.
Requirements
Availability for part-time in-person internship in Philadelphia, 20–30 hours per week, summer 2026 (program begins in June 2026).
Creative thinker: not afraid to think outside the box, driven by curiosity, proposing ideas and solutions.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills: clear, open communicator; comfortable brainstorming and cross-department collaboration.
Tech savvy: in tune with design trends; ability to learn new computer programs and adapt quickly.
Strong organization, time management, attention to detail, and calendar management skills.
Willingness to participate in on-site event execution, post-event reporting, and internal meetings.
Prior experience working directly with clients or supporting brand activations (preferred).
Leadership experience through extracurricular activities, volunteer work, or team-based activities (preferred).
Exposure to marketing, brand strategy, or social media planning (preferred).
Proficiency in Excel and project management tools such as MS Project, Airtable, or Asana (preferred).
