About the role

  • Lead subscriber/sales forecasting, planning, measurement, analytics, and reporting for one or more North American client accounts
  • Conduct deep dive analysis into subscriber behavior and trends across different sales channels
  • Develop and maintain data models, performance metrics, and reporting systems
  • Inform, advise, and recommend data driven decision making and performance optimization
  • Work with stakeholders to identify and prioritize performance analysis and reporting requirements and manage execution
  • Package and communicate trends and insights to key stakeholders
  • Lead sales target setting, forecasting, and planning processes
  • Interact across departments to promote teamwork and drive cross-functional initiatives
  • Create/improve analytics and reporting processes and drive automation where appropriate

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as analytics, engineering, statistics, business, economics, operations, etc.
  • 4+ years’ experience in data analysis and modeling, consulting, planning/forecasting, sales/product operations and/or analytics
  • 4+ years’ experience using data to inform business decision-making and achieve results
  • 4+ years’ experience using advanced Excel
  • Experience working with large data sets and using tools and frameworks to manage, analyze and visualize data to identify trends and report findings
  • Sales mindset: familiarity using analyses to maximize sales or profits (preferred)
  • Proficiency using PowerPoint to communicate insights and recommendations (preferred)
  • Experience using statistical analysis approaches, tools, and techniques (preferred)
  • Familiarity with using SQL (nice to have)
  • Experience/familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI (preferred)
  • Experience/familiarity with data analysis packages such as R, SAS, SPSS, etc. for data manipulation, statistical analysis, and/or visualization (nice to have)
