About the role

  • Serve as strategic interface between Asurion and AT&T clients, leading cross-functional initiatives
  • Program leadership: ownership of AT&T Mobility products including program management, implementation, customer experience
  • Client relationship management: build trusted advisor relationships and champion client needs
  • Drive engagement strategies and lead cross-functional collaboration
  • Facilitate clarity and alignment across internal stakeholders to ensure execution of client commitments
  • Partner with Marketing to align roadmap priorities and integrate insights
  • Ensure engagement efforts are data-informed, client-aligned, and integrated into CPM objectives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5+ years in client account management or related client facing operational or project management experience
  • Ability to influence and build consensus cross-functionally to achieve results; strong bias for action
  • Ability to present highly complex processes at managerial client levels and internal operational meetings
  • Strong relationship management skills; proven ability to influence internal colleagues from all business functions
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple complex projects in a cross functional environment concurrently
  • Self-starter, goal-oriented, and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Travel 30%+ to partner sites
