Account Manager

• Support client retention by maintaining a positive image with clients
• Assist with creating open enrollment guides, finalizing client presentations for new business and renewal meetings, and gathering information related to underwriting, data analytics, marketing, and HR services
• Enter accurate client information into agency management system and export data as needed
• Obtain necessary information to prepare for RFP; Distribute RFP to identified markets and ensure RFP deadlines are met by carriers
• Prepare all required client facing proposal and documents for the Account Executive and assist in tracking data, changes, and client specific information
• Actively engage in learning; study industry trends
• Seek out self-directed learning to increase industry knowledge
• Maintain carrier updates and bulletins in a shared document environment
• Assists in coordinating and scheduling meetings with carriers as instructed by Account Executive
• Other duties as assigned.

Account Coordinator, Employee Benefits

• Provide comprehensive account support to a client or group of clients with limited direction from senior team members
• May be first point of contact on some accounts and support in delivering service to book of business
• Prepare and deliver renewal and proposal presentations for clients including regulatory information and enrollment guidelines
• Guide clients through the renewal process, request renewal exposures, and submit requests to carriers based on renewal timetable
• Review and support enrollment, benchmarking, financial and utilization data based on financial review standards
• Identify opportunities for adding other lines of coverage or services
• Process or oversee change requests, certificates of insurance, account summaries, proposals, policies, and account balance status
• Maintain relationships with internal and external business partners and carriers; analyze market trends and advise clients on policy changes
• Assist Producers with marketing campaigns and seek opportunities to increase knowledge of insurance contracts, carrier underwriting guidelines, and coverage options
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members such as Account Coordinators

Senior Account Manager, Employee Benefits

• Support clients in creating correspondence to carriers and clients, including transmission of final audits, policy binders, renewals, and other written communications, as well as provide administrative support when needed.
• Help to manage accounts by entering client information into agency management system, auditing client data, processing change requests, preparing notices of cancellations & reinstatements, and various other administrative tasks.
• Actively engage in learning by studying insurance industry trends and seeking out self-directed learning to increase insurance knowledge.
• Maintain carrier updates and bulletins.
• Work alongside both Client Services and Agency Leadership who prioritize your learning and development.
• Learn the ropes of Commercial Lines and what it takes to successfully support the Sales and Service Teams within this line of business.

Account Coordinator, Commercial Lines, Transportation

• Maintain accurate client information to provide day-to-day client support and address intermediate-level client inquiries
• Assist in the development of strong business relationships with appropriate insurance carrier personnel
• Conduct quarterly service status calls to assigned book of business clients
• Assist in completion and processing of applications; Schedule, prepare for, and support open enrollment meetings
• Support in client retention by maintaining a positive relationship and image with clients
• Support in enrollment, benchmarking, financial and utilization data based on financial review standards
• Maintain all client information in accordance with both company procedures and HIPAA regulations
• Ensure accuracy of account information for both new and renewal policies, endorsements, and audits for accuracy
• Work with carrier to ensure accuracy of client information and forms; Communicate any outstanding or impactful topics from the carrier back to the client
• Oversee installation of the group on renewal; Finalize enrollment with carrier and report the results to team members
• Support maintenance of agency management system, communication system, and other tools; Collect forms/data/schedules for regulatory compliance
• Leverage technical knowledge to ensure carrier quotes are received in a timely fashion; Review quotes for gaps and assists with inquiries from the carrier
• Update BenefitPoint in a timely manner including updates to on-going activity
