About the role

  • Build relationships and deliver exceptional solutions to clients
  • Help businesses and individuals protect what matters most to them while driving the growth of AssuredPartners
  • Set and achieve new business goals
  • Utilize Sales Tools to identify, target, and prospect new business and create a new business sales pipeline
  • Manage new business sales pipeline and follow up on leads and prospects
  • Attend community events, work personal networks, and participate in activities that drive new business sales goals
  • Stay current on license and education requirements
  • Attend internal and external trainings to keep up-to-date on insurance market trends, local laws, and new/changed coverages

Requirements

  • Must hold or be willing to obtain appropriate and valid insurance licenses
  • Must possess valid US driver’s license
  • Proven experience successfully holding a role (academic, athletic, or professional) requiring action orientation and accountability to drive results
  • Perseverance and resiliency with a competitive nature
  • Strong communication (written and oral) skills with a focus on emotional intelligence and customer service
