- Utilize Sales Tools to identify, target, and prospect new business and create a new business sales pipeline
- Manage new business sales pipeline and follow up on leads and prospects
- Attend community events, work personal networks, and participate in activities that drive new business sales goals
- Stay current on license and education requirements
- Attend internal and external trainings to keep up-to-date on insurance market trends, local laws, and new/changed coverages
Requirements
- Must hold or be willing to obtain appropriate and valid insurance licenses
- Must possess valid US driver’s license
- Proven experience successfully holding a role (academic, athletic, or professional) requiring action orientation and accountability to drive results
- Perseverance and resiliency with a competitive nature
- Strong communication (written and oral) skills with a focus on emotional intelligence and customer service
