Analyst

• As a Supplier Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the strategy, development, and optimization of our suppliers.
• Work closely with procurement, operations, data/technology teams, and finance stakeholders to analyze performance, identify opportunities, and inform supplier decisions with data-driven insights.
• Assist the Partnership & Procurement organizations by conducting supplier RF(x) events, and associated onboarding/review processes for new and active suppliers to AssistRx.
• Analyze product usage, operational performance, and patient outcomes across digital and service-based offerings and how they relate to associated suppliers.
• Develop dashboards and reports to track KPIs such supplier usage, performance, etc.
• Support competitive analysis, market research, and internal feedback synthesis to inform roadmap prioritization.
• Assist in preparing business cases and opportunity assessments for new features or service enhancements.
• Translate business needs into clear supplier requirements, financial assessments, and recommendations.
• Track current supplier spend and activity.
• Work with data science, technology, product, and operations teams to assess current supplier performance and needs of the business.
• Assist procurement team in the supplier onboarding and ongoing management of suppliers.
• Partner with compliance and regulatory teams to ensure data handling and reporting meet industry standards (e.g., HIPAA, 21 CFR Part 11).

Supplier Analyst, Excel and Data Visualization

Compliance

• Assists the Compliance Manager with performing internal reviews, research and/or audits to verify compliance with government laws/regulations, client requirements, accreditations/certifications, audit frameworks, and/or organizational policies/procedures.
• Documents findings and organizes data for identification of potential risk areas.
• Stays informed of applicable rule and regulation changes in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries.
• Assists in the day-to-day operations of the Document Management System (DMS) and Learning Management System (LMS).
• Coordinates with appropriate departments and/or cross-functional teams to ensure all applicable documents are reviewed and revised within the specified timeframes.
• Has attention to detail, organization skills, excellent proofreading skills, prompt response to action items, and the ability to handle change.
• Performs document control functions, including tracking, processing, review, formatting, distribution, and archiving of documents.
• Evaluate document organization, proofread, and provide additional quality checks before document finalization.

ESG Compliance Specialist

Account Manager

• Cultivate and maintain AssistRx’s relationship with Pharmaceutical manufacturing partners.
• Work with pharmaceutical executives (Associate Director and above) to ensure they receive maximum value from iAssist’s features and services.
• Present new ideas and innovations to clients to upsell and enhance products; act as liaison between Pharmaceutical Brand Teams and AssistRx stakeholders.
• Form strategic partnerships by understanding clients' business goals, technical challenges and infrastructure.
• Establish and maintain a role as advisor to clients and colleagues.
• Research high-level solutions for clients and manage delivery of recommended services to achieve client satisfaction.
• Develop client relationships via regular meetings/conference calls to review service quality and benefits.
• Work with Client Services to solve complex support issues and determine effective problem resolution methods.
• Serve as primary point of contact for sales and service; participate in client quarterly reviews and annual Plan Of Action meetings.

Data Analyst

The Sr Data Systems Analyst is responsible for leading the onboarding of electronic data trading partners and the success of trading partner implementations.
Works with partners to help guide and assist in creating a data mapping according to defined specifications.
Communicates directly with leadership on data needs and key deadlines.
Researches and identifies data quality issues reported through onboarding or found through new file submission and works with client the team on a resolution.
Fields ongoing, incoming requests and questions regarding data specifications.
Reviews files received for compliance with data needs, including testing files and identifying the business rules that will need to be configured in mapping tool.
Configures mapping tool to support translation from source data to desired format including testing of the tool and providing clear documentation to internal resources and customer.
Acts as resident expert for data requirements/specifications
Remains informed and up to speed with ongoing changes and evolution of data specs.
Leads co-worker trainings regarding data specifications and requirements.
Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

Senior Business Data Analyst

The Data Insight Analyst is responsible for acquiring, managing and analyzing data that will be presented to internal teams, clients and partners.
The Data Analyst leads the onboarding of electronic data trading partners and is responsible for the success of trading partner implementations.
The Data Quality Analyst is responsible for monitoring client data submissions and communicating with them in the resolution of data quality issues.

Data Insights Analyst

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Review, analyze, and track financial and operational data from multiple sources to support strategic objectives.
• Develop financial models, prepare projections, and perform research and analysis in collaboration with Finance, Accounting, and Business leadership.
• Perform planning, profitability analysis, forecasting, and reporting; present financial information clearly.
• Maintain company-wide and divisional forecast.
• Prepare monthly budget-to-actual and forecast-to-actual analysis and report key metrics and KPIs.
• Prepare cost reports, operational analysis, and profitability models for business and product lines.
