About the role

  • Cultivate and maintain AssistRx’s relationship with Pharmaceutical manufacturing partners.
  • Work with pharmaceutical executives (Associate Director and above) to ensure they receive maximum value from iAssist’s features and services.
  • Present new ideas and innovations to clients to upsell and enhance products; act as liaison between Pharmaceutical Brand Teams and AssistRx stakeholders.
  • Form strategic partnerships by understanding clients' business goals, technical challenges and infrastructure.
  • Establish and maintain a role as advisor to clients and colleagues.
  • Research high-level solutions for clients and manage delivery of recommended services to achieve client satisfaction.
  • Develop client relationships via regular meetings/conference calls to review service quality and benefits.
  • Work with Client Services to solve complex support issues and determine effective problem resolution methods.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for sales and service; participate in client quarterly reviews and annual Plan Of Action meetings.
  • Plan milestones, track progress, and keep stakeholders adequately informed.

Requirements

  • Ability to effectively express ideas and thoughts verbally and in written form.
  • Exhibits good listening skills and comprehension.
  • Effectively keeps others adequately informed by presenting information to everyone involved.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum three years of experience working in a customer support and/or sales capacity role.
  • Experience working for or in Pharma.
  • Experience working with Pharmaceutical Brand Teams is essential.
  • Project Management, HUB Operations or Specialty Pharmacy Operations/Account Management strongly desired.
  • Technical skills a must
