About the role
- Lead a high-performing sales team supporting and expanding AssistRx technology solutions for healthcare providers
- Oversee a team of 6 (3 Account Executives and 3 Provider Success Specialists)
- Drive platform adoption and engagement of HCP-facing products
- Manage operational execution and monitor daily team performance
- Track and report on team KPIs, productivity, provider engagement, and platform growth
- Align sales efforts with organizational growth goals and collaborate with marketing and product teams
- Set goals, coach performance, and support career development
- Support CRM strategy with commercial operations leadership
- Create and maintain sales enablement resources and best practices
- Design and manage commission structures; track performance metrics and payouts
- Oversee territory alignment and equitable distribution of leads and opportunities
- Develop regular performance reports and dashboards; analyze trends to improve retention and conversion
- Monitor usage and engagement to proactively reduce attrition and develop retention strategies and workflows
Requirements
- 5+ years in sales leadership, preferably within healthcare or SaaS
- Proven experience managing both inside and field sales teams
- Strong analytical skills with experience building reports, dashboards, and forecasting tools
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and sales productivity tools
- Exceptional communication, coaching, and organizational skills
- Experience designing and administering sales compensation plans
- Experience in HCP-facing sales or working with HCP-facing platforms (preferred)
- Background in managing multi-channel sales efforts (digital, phone, in-person) (preferred)
- Understanding of provider workflows and the healthcare ecosystem (preferred)
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- Must be authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship not available
- Successful completion of a pre-employment background check required
