About the role

  • Lead a high-performing sales team supporting and expanding AssistRx technology solutions for healthcare providers
  • Oversee a team of 6 (3 Account Executives and 3 Provider Success Specialists)
  • Drive platform adoption and engagement of HCP-facing products
  • Manage operational execution and monitor daily team performance
  • Track and report on team KPIs, productivity, provider engagement, and platform growth
  • Align sales efforts with organizational growth goals and collaborate with marketing and product teams
  • Set goals, coach performance, and support career development
  • Support CRM strategy with commercial operations leadership
  • Create and maintain sales enablement resources and best practices
  • Design and manage commission structures; track performance metrics and payouts
  • Oversee territory alignment and equitable distribution of leads and opportunities
  • Develop regular performance reports and dashboards; analyze trends to improve retention and conversion
  • Monitor usage and engagement to proactively reduce attrition and develop retention strategies and workflows

Requirements

  • 5+ years in sales leadership, preferably within healthcare or SaaS
  • Proven experience managing both inside and field sales teams
  • Strong analytical skills with experience building reports, dashboards, and forecasting tools
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and sales productivity tools
  • Exceptional communication, coaching, and organizational skills
  • Experience designing and administering sales compensation plans
  • Experience in HCP-facing sales or working with HCP-facing platforms (preferred)
  • Background in managing multi-channel sales efforts (digital, phone, in-person) (preferred)
  • Understanding of provider workflows and the healthcare ecosystem (preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred)
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship not available
  • Successful completion of a pre-employment background check required
