About the role

  • Craft compelling strategies and proposals to showcase Aspire's value and win new clients.
  • Lead development of creative and innovative strategies for prospective clients; build and present proposals (~75% of time on new business).
  • Support strategic upsells and renewals in partnership with Account Directors (~25% of time).
  • Combine creator, consumer, and cultural insights, leveraging platforms like TikTok, Meta, Pinterest, and YouTube.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to clients, maintaining strong long-term relationships and providing clear, actionable advice.
  • Act as primary presenter for new business pitches and strategic reviews; confident public speaking to sell vision and expertise.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to inform strategies and ensure seamless workflow.
  • Apply operational understanding to build efficient workflows and simplify processes; use data to measure success.
  • Travel to key client pitches and industry events as required.

Requirements

  • 5+ years successful track record in the industry (agency or fast-paced marketing environment).
  • Demonstrated ability to build creative and data-driven strategies that address client needs and win new business.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; confident and compelling presenter; "over-communicator".
  • Experience in a client-facing role, including building relationships, managing expectations, and presenting complex information clearly.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as TikTok, Meta, Pinterest, and YouTube.
  • Ability to combine creator, consumer, and cultural insights to inform strategy.
  • Adaptability, curiosity, resourcefulness, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Collaborative mindset; ability to lead and influence without direct authority.
  • Operational acumen; familiarity with project management tools and creating efficient workflows.
  • Ability to use data to inform decisions and measure success.
  • Comfortable with travel to key client pitches and industry events.
